Ms. Henna Niemić

Substitute EULEX Member of the Human Rights Review Panel, appointed on 1 of December 2023.

Ms Niemi graduated from the University of Lapland with a Master of Laws degree in 2008. She has worked as a Trainee District Judge in 2009-2010 and in the Court of Appeal with several posts since 2014. In addition, inter alia, she has worked at the University of Lapland as a researcher conducting research on several fields of law, including international and human rights law.

Ms Niemi joined EULEX Kosovo in 2022 as a Thematic Lead Monitor for Hate Crimes. She was appointed as the Substitute EULEX Member of the Human Rights Review Panel on 1 December 2023.
