Panel holds its 33rd session

The Human Rights Review Panel, (Panel) held its 33rd session from 6 to 8 March, 2017. The Panel issued one (1) second follow-up decision on the implementation of its earlier recommendations by the Head of Mission, (HoM), two (2) first follow-up decisions on the implementation of its recommendations by the HoM and nine (9) decisions on inadmissibility. read more...

Panel's Annual Report 2016

The Panel has published its Annual Report for the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016.

The Report contains information on the mandate and procedures of the Panel as well as a detailed account of its activities over the last year. It also reports on the complaints the Panel dealt with in 2016 and the case-law it developed reviewing those cases.
