From 9 to 11 January, 2017 the Human Rights Review Panel held its 32nd session. The Panel issued one (1) decision on merits, one (1) second decision on the implementation of its earlier recommendations by the Head of Mission, (HOM), two (2) decisions on the implementation of its recommendations by the HOM and two (2) decisions on admissibility.
The Panel has published its Annual Report for the period from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015.
The Report contains information on the mandate and procedures of the Panel as well as a detailed account of its activities over the last year. It also reports on the complaints the Panel dealt with in 2015 and the case-law it developed reviewing those cases.
The European Union established the Human Rights Review Panel (the Panel) on 29 October, 2009 with a mandate to review alleged human rights violations by EULEX Kosovo in the conduct of its executive mandate.
